What we collect, and what we don’t.

The short version
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the enquiry form and send us on purpose. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.
What the enquiry form collects
The form on the homepage asks for the following. Everything on it is optional except a way to reach you.

- 02Your company and current website, if you have one
- 03Project type, budget range and timeline
- 04Whatever you write in the details field
The form also carries one hidden field that stays empty. It exists to catch automated spam, and no human ever fills it in.
How it reaches us
The form posts to our own server, which turns it into an email and sends it to us through Resend, the service that delivers all of our mail. Resend handles it in transit; nobody else touches it. After that it lives in our email, and nowhere else. We do not have a customer database, a mailing list, or a CRM.
Material you send us
If we work together you may send us photographs of your property, brand files, copy, or access to existing accounts. We use that material to do the work you have asked for and for nothing else. We do not license it, resell it, or use it to train anything. Where we generate film or imagery from photographs you provide, the result is made for your project.
What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own purposes. We do not run advertising, retargeting, or audience tracking. We do not set cookies for marketing. We do not add you to a newsletter because you enquired.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to it. Records tied to paid work are kept as long as our accountants and the law require. Everything else you can have deleted on request.
Asking us to delete it
Email carson@ayinor.com and ask. You can also ask us what we hold, or ask us to correct it. There is no form and no process — a human reads it and does the thing.
Changes to this page
If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too. We do not keep a version history, so if the detail matters to you, keep a copy.
