The terms for using this site.
Last updated 11 August 2026
This site is published by Ayinor & Co., LLC, a website design studio in St. George, Utah. Using it means these terms apply to you. They are short on purpose. If you are already a client, the agreement you signed governs your project, and it takes precedence over anything on this page.
Sending an enquiry
The enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not make you a client, does not create a professional relationship between us, and does not oblige us to take the project on. We decline work regularly, usually because it is not a fit, and we will tell you plainly when that is the answer.
Please do not send us anything confidential through the form. What you write in the free-text box arrives unsolicited, and we cannot treat unsolicited material as confidential or agree in advance not to work on something similar for someone else. If a project needs confidentiality before it can be discussed properly, say so in one line and we will put an agreement in place first. From the point a project is signed, confidentiality is covered by that agreement.
Nothing here is an offer
Everything on this site is a description of the work we do. It is not an offer, not a quote, and not a commitment to a scope, a timeline, or a figure. What we quote in conversation is an estimate until it is written down and signed. Scope, price and dates become binding at one moment only: when a statement of work is signed by both of us. Anything said before that, here or by email or on a call, is superseded by it.
The work shown here
The imagery, film, copy, layout, code and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors, and so do the portfolio pieces. You may read the site, link to it, and share a page with someone. You may not copy it, reproduce it, republish it, or reuse any part of it in your own work or in a pitch. That includes automated collection: scraping, crawling for reuse, and harvesting the imagery or the film are not permitted.
Some of the work shown is self-initiated concept work, built to show the standard rather than to fill a portfolio. It is labelled as such where it appears. The brands in those pieces are invented, and nothing about them should be read as a claim of a client relationship.
What we do and do not promise about the site
We keep this site accurate and available, and sometimes it will be neither. It is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and we do not promise that the information on it is complete or current at the moment you read it. Nothing on it is legal, financial, or professional advice for your situation.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you relied on here, and our total liability for the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. This limit applies to the site itself. It has nothing to do with a signed project, where liability is set by the agreement.
Links out
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what is on it.
Law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this site or these terms belongs in the state or federal courts in Washington County, Utah, and we both agree to that venue.
Changes
We update these terms when the site changes enough to need it, and the date at the top of this page moves with them. Continuing to use the site after that means the revised terms apply to you.
