Who these terms are with

This site is published by Ayinor & Co., LLC, of St. George, Utah. Using it means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, stop reading and close the tab — nothing is required of you either way.

This site is a demonstration, not an offer

The homepage describes what we do and shows how we build. Nothing on it is a quote, a contract, or a promise of a particular result. Budget ranges and timelines shown here are indicative. Anything we actually commit to will be in a written agreement signed by both of us, and that agreement governs the work — not this page.

Who owns what

The text, code, film, imagery, typography and the mark on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read it, link to it, quote a line of it with attribution, and view its source — that last part is rather the point. You may not copy it wholesale, pass it off as your own, or use our name or mark to suggest we worked together when we did not.

Work we build for a client is a separate matter, set out in that client’s agreement. Our stated position is that it ends with a site you own.

Using the site

3. 03Do not scrape it to train a model or to rebuild it as your own
4. 04Only send us material you have the right to send

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site current and correct as far as we reasonably can, and we would rather be told than flattered — if something here is wrong, email us and we will fix it. We do not guarantee the site is available without interruption, and we may change or remove anything on it without notice.

Where we link to someone else, we are not responsible for what is on the other end. The enquiry form is relayed by a third-party service, described on the privacy page.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from relying on anything published here rather than on a signed agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Washington County, Utah.

Changes to this page

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
